MARTIN OSTERMANN - Consultant

Born in Germany, Martin lived and worked in the United States for eight years before moving to the UAE in 2006. Previously, Martin gained experience with PKF Hospitality Consulting and Capital Markets Group in Houston, Texas as a business and financial adviser. He performed hotel appraisals and valuations, developed brokerage packages, conducted market studies and feasibility analyses and provided asset management and litigation support for hotels, resorts, mixed-use developments, marinas and golf courses. Prior to joining PKF in Dubai, Martin worked as an internal business adviser to an international IT company in Dubai where he was a significant asset to the development of a strategic hospitality business praxis and service offering.
